1-on-1 Awareness Sessions

During these private, 1-hour sessions Cinse uses her background in the Psychology of Human Learning and in Mind Brain Education, along with her intuitive abilities, to help you explore the circumstances of your life. The goal of these sessions is for you to begin to: 1) notice more of what’s happening around you and inside you; 2) recognize what is important to you; and 3) intentionally choose actions and communications, both toward yourself and others, which will help you to better define and create the way you want to be in the world.


*Cinse is always willing to include a card reading within a session if requested.

*These sessions are not considered therapy and therefore, are not covered by medical plans. They are a form of personal and professional development and may be deductible for some. Consult a tax professional to determine if this applies to you.
